Purpose & Core Philosophy
This membership is designed for a very specific moment, the point when treatment or sober living ends, structure fades, and real life begins to feel heavier than expected. It helps you stay emotionally steady, understand yourself more deeply, and actually use what you learned in treatment once life gets busy, complicated, and unpredictable.
Weekly Anchor Point
Consistent connection that provides routine and grounding in an otherwise unstructured week
Emotional Fluency
Modern coaching rooted in CBT-informed tools, values work, and guided introspection
Known & Accountable
A place where members are truly seen, held accountable, and supported through growth

This is not therapy or treatment. It’s professional coaching for people who want continued growth, accountability, and emotional grounding without returning to a clinical setting.
Who This Is For
This group serves individuals who are no longer in treatment or sober living but still need structure, connection, gentle accountability, and emotional insight. It is for people who know there’s more work to do, not because they’re failing, but because they’re growing. People who want to be seen, challenged with care, and supported as they continue building a life that actually fits.
This may be a good fit for you if…
  • You’re transitioning out of structured care and miss having something consistent to anchor your week
  • You do better when someone notices patterns, checks in, and keeps you honest
  • You want more than just staying sober, you want to understand yourself
  • You know accountability helps you stay grounded, not restricted
How This Differs From Traditional Support Groups
While traditional support groups provide powerful peer connection, this membership expands into a hybrid coaching container that offers structure, skill-building, and individualized attention alongside community support. It’s designed to help you stay connected and grounded during the months when motivation fades, routines change, and it’s easy to slowly drift without noticing.
Monthly One-on-One Sessions

Structured Monthly Themes

Monthly Themes & Group Rhythm
Each month centers on a focused theme designed to build emotional capacity, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen identity. Members can join at any time, as themes are designed to stand alone while building on each other over time. The weekly group blends structured teaching with authentic sharing, guided reflection, and practical tools clients can immediately apply.

About the Facilitator
The InsideWork Collective is facilitated by Alex Soady, a CADTP Registered Substance Use Disorder Counselor who understands recovery from both sides of the room.
Alex has spent years working in treatment and sober living settings, facilitating hundreds of groups across all levels of care. He’s also someone who has done his own work and continues to do it, which means this space is guided with real empathy, humility, and understanding, not theory or distance.
His facilitation style is warm, engaging, and grounded. Groups are structured, but human. Depth is welcomed, not forced. Humor shows up naturally. Compassion and accountability coexist. People are encouraged to be honest about where they actually are, not where they think they’re supposed to be.
This is a space held by someone who knows what it’s like to sit in the chair, not just stand at the front of the room. Someone who notices what’s said, what’s avoided, and what’s quietly changing, and helps people stay connected to themselves and each other as they move forward.
Why This Program Works
The months after treatment are often harder than expected. The structure is gone, life speeds up, and support becomes optional instead of built-in. This program exists to keep you steady during that stretch—a space where many people struggle, feel untethered, or lose momentum. Clients leaving treatment often experience isolation, overwhelm, or uncertainty about how to maintain progress without daily structure. This membership provides what they need most: routine, community, emotional grounding, and weekly accountability.
Reduces Relapse Risk
Catches early warning signs—changes in mood, isolation patterns, or subtle drift—long before a crisis emerges, allowing for intervention and support when it matters most
Maintains Connection
Keeps clients connected to recovery values, community, and their core identity through consistent weekly emotional check-ins and meaningful relationships
Course Correction
If things start to slide, you’re not alone in noticing it. This program helps you course-correct early and access higher levels of care if needed, without shame or delay.
"The most dangerous time in recovery isn't the first week—it's the months after structure ends, when connection fades and old patterns quietly return. This membership ensures that never happens."
By showing up consistently, building emotional skills, and being part of a group where people actually know your story, this membership helps you maintain momentum long after treatment ends.
